This project will contain diverse cultural facilities, including an auditorium, cinema, library, exhibition hall, museum, and archive. The venue hopes to be a destination for global social events, banquets, and conferences.
This complex utilizes a keystone arrangement evocative of Stonehenge with a middle stone suspended while remaining elements uphold the foundation. An allipsoidal road surrounds the buldings and creates a common boundary for the two contrasting landscape features, the Lush Garden and the Monosurface.
