- Are there exchange rates?
We currently base our transactions in IDR (Rupiah), the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
- How can I pay for my order?
We accept direct bank transfers to BCA account or Mandiri account, all major credit cards (Visa, and Mastercard) as well as PayPal payments, and also our installment program with BCA, CIMB, Permata Bank, and Mandiri with 0% discount rate. Items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.
- How do I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately within 24 hours since we do process and ship orders quickly! Shipped orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
- When will my order arrive?
If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order at anytime by logging in and clicking “Order & confirm”. If your order states “confirmation payment”, it means your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. Once it is “Shipped”, our team will be sending you an email with your tracking confirmation detail.
If you do not have an account, please contact us with your order number and email used on the order. We are happy to provide you with your order status on tracking information.
- How do I track my order?
Once the order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information issued by the courier. To check the status of your shipment, please visit JNE and enter your tracking number.
- Can I use numerous promotional codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount and promotions.
For all sales and promotions, certain restriction apply and are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to make changes to them without notice to you.
- Are sale items eligible for further discount or promotions?
Sale items are not eligible for further discounts unless stated otherwise. Already discounted items and sale items do not apply to the cart total for other promotions.
- How do I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase one through our store. Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Please make sure you have entered a valid email address of the recipient as we are not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

- When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our headquarters in Jakarta. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays.
Orders placed after 09:00 am Monday – Friday using our express shipping method will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed using our standard shipping will be processed within 3 business days.
If you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us to follow up.
- How will my order be shipped?
We ship with JNE for all orders.
- Is my order eligible for free shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated based on JNE rates and will shown upon checkout (insurance included).
